I have two cats that aren't the best of friends, but they get along. Apple, the sweet kitty who is suddenly giving me problems, is about a year and a half old and we've had him most of his life. A few months ago we bought the Cat Genie Self Cleaning Litterbox, which has almost been a miracle. Also, my two kitties have never had a problem using the same litterbox. Both of them took to the Cat Genie immediately with no issues.

A few weeks ago I changed their food. Around the same time my hubby set the litterbox to automatic cycle. Then my other cat started vomiting all over the carpet. Then, almost instantaneously Apple started pooping on the carpet in one spot against the wall. Figuring it might be food related, I switched back immediately and the vomiting stopped completely. Apple keeps pooping!! I thought maybe he didn't like the automatic cycle, so we switched it to manual. Still pooping on the carpet. Aside from that, he is just as happy, playful and active as usual so I don't know what's going on or what to do.

Anyone with any ideas or advice, please help!! My husband has had enough of it!!
