Is is, in fact, a very young cat. Probably only around a year old, so I can only imagine having to deal with her as her estrus gets worse. We've are planning on having her spayed ASAP, we just have to get the money to get it done. We should have her spayed by the end of fall.

Thank for the information. I'll keep in mind that she's just pooping because she's in heat. I hate having to lock her in the bathroom. I feel like a mean mommy for doing that to her.
