Your kitten is still a little young to be taken from mom (most people recommend 12 weeks) and is probably "nursing" on your finger, or trying to. Even though she is being gentle it would be wise to discourage this behavior. Cats need to learn that human hands are off-limits. Gently remove your hand when this happens.

Give her loads of love and lots of interactive play time. She sounds really sweet and I hope she'll give you many long years of joy and companionship!
