Toliet Drinking ...

My cat has this annoying habit of drinking from toliets. He does it when no one is looking (but we know he's done it because he's outside the bathroom licking his mouth). He knows he's not supposed to do it, but does it anyway

We do leave fresh water out for him and he drinks from his bowl too, but I don't know how to break this habit. I don't feel it's very good for him ...

Any help is appreciated!
