I have a two year old neutered cat who does some very strange things.. First, he had an obsession with socks..He would bring them near his food bowl usually during the night or while we were out. Now he started doing this with my child's beanie babies.. We set up the video while we were gone, and he climbs up on a desk to reach the beanies (which are on a shelf) and one by one (10 in all)brings them into our kitchen, sometimes he leaves them in the hallway.. Then he will hold one in his mouth while he "kneads" with his paws on another one.. And sometimes he brings them together and begins an awful "crying" sound.. I have no clue why he does this!!! We have had him since he was 9 weeks old.. The only thing unusual about him is he was raised by humans, as his mom when he was just a week old, but he has been one spoiled kitty!! Anyone ever heard of anything like this before?? Think I could win $10K on America's Funniest Videos?"!!?????
