Well, I dont know if I can beat that very strange behavior, but I kinda have a similar query. I have a 2 year old neutered cat called Beanie and every so often when my family and I are watching tv , he will hop up and clamp his little jaws onto either your shirtsleeve or a blanket. He keeps this perpetual grip, all the while sticking his hind end up in the air, sometimes swiveling around in a cirle and kneading with his hind feet. If anyone knows what this is about, please let me know!
