Rolling over a showing the belly is a sign that the cat trusts you totally. Depending on the cat it may be a signal for a belly rub - some cats love to have their bellies rubbed and some hate it and let you know right away. It can also be a sign that the cat wants to play with you, so try getting a toy out and seeing if your cat will play.
