I know this sounds kinda yucky. But I have just got to see what others say. My cat will not let me go the restroom without him. He will sit and watch me take care of business. Then when I am done, he will climb onto the toilet tank for the big flush. As far as I know, he doesn't get in the toilet for a drink. I haven't caught him or seen any messy water anyways. But part of me is wondering if perhaps I should try to train him to use the toilet. Or do you think he is just amazed with the swirlig water? It is so weird. If I am in the restroom, with the door closed....he will be right on the other side with his nose tring to get under the door. One thing he did that was so funny. While is was sitting on the pot. And he was watching me, driving me nuts. I showed him a piece of toilet paper (clean of course). When I came home from work that evening, the whole roll was all over the house.
