I don't think any cat is evil, lol!

There are, however, cats that don't like to be touched and lifted up etc. Solution? Don't touch them. Just respect them the way they are. You can still play with him using toys on a string or balls, where he won't even come close to your hand. Over time he might relax a bit but that might take a few years. He's a young tomcat, so of course he's a bit wild. Neutering him would help a lot!
