It does sound as if there must have been some change in smell, coupled with the new surroundings that has given Munchies an aversion to Odie.
Since they seem to get along on the porch, this is probably the best place to let them intermingle for a while. Otherwise, you might try keeping them separate at various times of the day.
Also you can try a Feliway plug-in (Comfort Zone) These are pricy but could help relieve some of the tension. Also your vet might be able to prescibe some sort of anti-anxiety drug for Munchies to take for a bit. Usually when the anxiety level is lowered, the agression is "unlearned" and the drug can be gradually withdrawn.
