Hopefully you've been to the vet and ruled out any organic reason for her sudden hostility.
It sounds as if she may be seeing another cat outside and then re-directing her aggression, or perhaps she was very much startled and is associating your uncles being there with the scary thing. I have read where a broom stick dropping on the floor can totally turn a cat into a basket case - given the right circumstances.
For the safety of the others in your house, she needs to be isolated in a room where no one execpt you goes into - or you will need to get her a large cage for a bit. She needs to be out of traffic completely and left alone except for visits by you. Playing with her will help relieve some of the aggression if you use a feathered cat toy.
At this point your vet might want to consider putting her on a mild antianxiety drug, however, even if this is prescibed she does need to be isolated for a bit and then after you uncles leave, gradually re-introduce her into the household.
Good luck! -----
