Ok, since you already know that he needs to go to the Vet, I will skip that part. I would fall for the being scared part if the last time had not been in the bathroom of his own house. What is there to be scared of in there? There are different severity of seizures in both humans and animals and it certainly could be a seizure. Some seizures just consist of staring blankly for a few minutes to the full blown seizure activity that you witnessed in your dog (sorry about your loss, by the way). However for the reassuring part, seizures can be treated with medication and your furry friend can have a happy and normal life, IF they are just seizures and not a sign of something more severe. Good luck and let us know how things are with your boy.
