Hi Everyone... I'm not currently having any problems, but wanted to share my cat's "strange" behaviors. Bentley was born a stray, taken to a shelter and I've had him for about 4 months now. He's 10 months old now, an all-black domestic, very active/happy, and healthy. Here's what he does (though I realize some of these things are normal, I just wanted you to get the full picture)....

- Licks me like crazy

- Leaps into my arms when I get home from work and wraps his arms around my neck (Puts a smile on my face every day!)

- Plays fetch like a champ

- Opens up doors (Yeah - he just lets himself into any room he wants!)

- "Buries" or pretends to bury his food every time he's finished eating, almost obsessively

- Loves to play in water - He sticks his head under running water and shakes it around (so cute!) and has actually jumped into the shower with me!

- Howls all morning (super loud!)- Don't know what this is all about, but vet says he's healthy..

- Chirps at birds

- Attacks the phone each and every time it rings, knocks it down, and bats it around (May have gotten this one from me - I tend to yell at the telemarketers calling)

Well... that's about all I can think of for now! I love this little guy, feel so lucky to have him, and think he's pretty unique, but thought I'd check and see if anyone else's cats do these things (or other "strange" things)!

Take Care,
-----
Rachel and Bentley
