If you guys are still looking at this message board.....I have a blind kitten and he manages just fine. It was really scary at first....could I do it? He is wonderful and has his sound scare issues but the loud noises he is used to don't bother him a bit. He can handle the hair dryer , my 4 sons load music, the blender, even paint ball gun noises. He plays with our two dogs and chases our three other cats too(they have bells on, he didn't like his bell so we took it off,).He loves the car and always wants to go outside...we have to watch the doors. We let him roam the grass when we are with him and he loved our fresh cut christmas tree. I could'nt live a day without him in my life....I love him so much. I hope our kitty makes it though the tough times....adjusting is hard for the whole family...but I have found it is worth it.
