What a sweetie! I would definitely keep on top of things with her - 20 is a very frail time for kitties. Talk with your vet about the weight loss - it's probably normal, although you may want to have some kidney/liver function blood levels done if she seems any more frail. Other than that, just feed her a premium diet and keep her happy!
