I have allergy shots just not for cats. But my bf's sister does. She has them for cats and dogs. She breaks out in hives. She has been getting them for a little over yr now. She says they are working out fairly well. She owns a cat. And doesn't break out with him any more. And I own a dog. When she comes to visit. She used to break out if she touched the dog. Now she is starting to become immune to the dog. But it does take at least a 6 months to a yr to start seeing some results.
