Go back to feeding the usual food and see if things improve - if not you should probably give your vet a call. There are actually several colors in poop - which combine to make brown. When one color or the other is missing that can give you the green poop or other odd colors and somtimes this can indicate a serious problem. However, it is probably just the food.
