Posted by: tyrel at Sat Sep 25 23:06:56 2004 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by tyrel ] my cat just brought in a bat, and around here, about 40% of bats have rabies. we caught the bat in a bucket and put it outside and it flew away. im not sure what to do about my cat skeeter. is it possible that she could of gotten the disese? my mom says not to worry, but im very afraid my cat might have gotten rabies. its saturday night so we cant call a vet. it sounds kind of silly, but im afraid to near her. she is very confused about whats going on.
