It sounds to me like you have a cat! She may be eating somewhere else, but she spends most of her time at your house.

I would go ahead and have her spayed after the kittens are born. Otherwise, she will continue to have litters and will be at high risk for developing mammary cancer and/or uterine infections.

Start offering her food so that you know she will be getting as much as she wants. Kitten food is a good idea for pregnant and nursing cats.
