He has learned to walk the top rail on our balcony. I freaked out but he reminded me he was a cat. We ended up putting a cat door on the sider to the balcony. He spends endless hours playing and sleeping on the balcony and walking the rail. He loves it. He can go outside whenever he wants and do it when he wants too.
