My five month old kitten loves her Purina Kitten Chow dry food. I understand that it has corn filler which is bad for my baby. I currently live in Kuwait and there are no premium brands around (unless I order off the net for a small fortune worth of shipping). The closest thing to a premium brand is purina one, for adult cats.

My kitty however does love canned tuna which is surprisgnly cheap here. It comes in many varieties, namely in olive oil, vegetable oil, broth, and water. I assume that in water would be the best for my cat. How healthy is a mixed diet of canned tuna and dry food?

Cheers,
Adam
