Half my cats diet is raw: chicken necks, turkey breast (raw, and cooked), raw beef heart. I mix in some canned; newman's organic chicken w/veggies, and nature's variety lamb. All 4 are crazy for the necks (cut up) and raw turkey(from local green market grass fed and hormone free).

It's a struggle finding good organic or grass fed poultry in nyc.
Except for the occasional beef heart, I stay with the turkey / chicken. The freeze dried lamb is excellent and keeps very well.

The frozen turkey dinner and freeze dried lamb from the Healthy buyers club.com is excellent.
