I'm sure this is food related but I thought I'd better check. Our little kitty was eating solid food when we got him at 6 weeks, and we were given the brand he started on by his mother's owner at the time. I switched to another brand briefly, but back to the original one mostly out of my own silly fear that perhaps I should go with their choice. I'm new to cats and I felt they probably new best!

After a few days he started barfing last night. Lots of gas, too. There's lots of food in his vomit, so...that might well be the only real problem. And there's more: he gets into the dog's food, too, no matter how hard we try! We have to put it where the less agile dog can get at it, but we need to keep kitty out of it--real Catch 22.

So...this little guy's probably reacting to ALL those things at once! I know dogs get upset tummies easily over food changes, so...this is probably similar. I hope!

Any thoughts? Suggestions? This is our first cat, so...I can use all the help I can get!
