How long has this been going on? Is it something new? Have you changed their food recently? What does the vomit look like? Is it from dry food? Is it almost immediately after eating? If so, are the kibbles easily seen.....as if they threw up exactly what they put down. They may be gorging on their food. Four cats may be thinking if they don't eat fast enough, the others will get to it.
I would find it hard to imagine all four cats having digestive problems. But if it continues, take one to the vet and if something is discovered, assume the other three have the same thing. -----
