There are many things that can cause these symptoms in a cat - but no way to diagnose it over the internet. It could be an intestinal blockage, kidney problems, heart troubles, diabetes in full swing - just about anything. When a cat gets off his/her food for several days this is serious. Even if there is nothing wrong he could develop a fatal condition called fatty liver disorder just from not eating.

Bottom line - do not delay - get the cat to the vet ASAP after reading this. It's better to know what is wrong than just to guess and hope it's not cancer. At this point it doesn't sound like this will correct itself. Your cat needs medical attention now.

Smile, it will make them wonder what you are up to!
