Poor, poor baby! I am so sorry!
I think when you get right down to it that your only real choice is to have the tube removed since she is so unhappy. Unfortunately you have to weigh quality vs quantity of life here. This is a difficult choice to make for certain, and only you can make the final call.
In the meantime, try whatever special treats you can think of to entice her to eat. Baby food meat (be sure there are no onions in the ingrediants!)often tempts a reluctant palate.
Remember that you have been doing what you felt was best for the cat. This outcome was not expected and there is no way you could have predicted it. So, please don't be too hard on yourself since it is so obvious you love this precious kitty.
