Poor baby! Usually when my cat who had renal failure got some IV fluids and antibiotics she perked up and started to eat. Hopefully the vet (the one you trust!) will be able to help with this!

There is a product called "Tuna Dash" which is supposed to help cats regain their appetites. It is sprinkled on to food. But more importantly, your vet can prescibe an appetite simulator which will probably help a lot.
