Just got back from the vet and problem is solved!!(at least for now).Yoda is sooo much better--vet found a decayed molar that was sitting caddywhompus & not allowing her to eat or close her mouth well...that's why she was drinking h2o so much--she never was able to fully close her mouth and so most of the water was just dripping back into the bowl. She is eating again and seems to be on the mend for now--not bad for an almost 22 year old kitty!!! What a great birthday present for me!!!
