Her gums may still be sore from the dental work, however even if this is the case she needs to eat or get nutrition somehow, ASAP! Probably she will have to have some sort of IV or force feeding.

If your vet doesn't have a week-end answering/referral service, please look up an emergency vet and get your cat there in a timely way. Cats who don't eat are at risk for fatty liver disorder, and Monday may be too late to stop it from happening.
