cat not eating

My cat is three years old. Three days ago she threw up a little.
She did that again yesterday and today. She is not eating her food. She has always been very healty and playful. She's still playful, but I'm worried. She's been spayed. She's had all her shots. She gets them in August. Do I need to go to the vet?
