You should only use anti-parasitic chemicals approved by your vet and OTC meds can be very dangerous. Also, when you see that vet, have them run a urinalysis because cystitis is very painful and an animal in a lot of pain may refuse to eat. How often is she visiting the litter box and is she straining when she goes? I have also had cats with GI infections that have stopped eating.
