I'm very worried about my 11 year old cat. She recently (about a week ago) stopped eating her dry food. She has eaten the same food her whole life. I took her to the vet, because she also pooped on my bed for several days in a row, peed on the floor, vomited mostly bile, seemed lethargic, and was excessively interested in her water bowl. She passed a bloody hard stool, as well. The vet did not see anything immediately wrong, but we realized after weighing my cat that she had lost 2 lbs in a little more than a year.

I took her home and started giving her wet food. (she never liked wet food before, but I thought I'd give it a shot). She ate about 2 ounces the first day and immediately perked up. It's 3 days later, and she is only licking the wet food again, and slurping up the liquid surrounding the food, and that only happens with a lot of coaxing. The pooping, peeing, stalking the water bowl, lethargy and vomiting have stopped. But I'm still super worried about what the underlying issue is with her lack of eating.

The vet did blood tests. kidney & liver were fine, no diabetes. She had slightly low potassium, and high creatine, but the vet said that because her other tests were ok, those probably just meant she isn't eating.

I will take her back next week for an xray, but have been so worried in the meantime. What could this be? What questions should I be asking the vet?
