I am very sorry to tell you this, but your kitten is extremely ill from what you have written. She needs veterinary attention ASAP or she will probably die. I understand that a vet is almost impossible in your case, but you seem to be in a lose/lose situation. You will have to weigh the possibility of her being confinscated against the possibility of further suffering and perhaps death.



You might try keeping her hydrated with water and give her a mushy mixture of kitten chow and water instead of broth with a dropper. Keep her warm but not overheated. If you have native Japanese friends or friends in the military who speak Japanese maybe they can help you locate the Japanese equivalent of an emergency pet clinic or humane society who can help you.



I'll keep you and the little kitten in my thoughts and prayers. I am so very sorry that you are in this terrible situation.
