Dwarf Cat

Recently a kitten adopted us, looked to be about 8 weeks old, but he had very well developed testicles so we got him fixed. The vet said he was 5 1/2 months old. Since we got him fixed he hasn't grown very much. There are stray kittens living in our back yard that were smaller than him when he adopted us, they are now bigger than he is. Could it be he is a dwarf? He's sorta "funny looking" in the face... has a big head with really expressive fat upper lips. He's really very weird.. He only has the tiniest little "gurgle meow" that sounds like he's an aged old-man cat. He also "talks" constantly whenever he is using the cat box. His front legs are bowlegged. When he adopted us we could tell he'd been abused... broken tail, and he would BITE really hard whenever anyone touched his tummy. We think he's a "Freak" so that's his name: Freak O'Zoid or mostly just The Freak.

I'll post a picture later. When do we declare him a dwarf? When the outdoor kittens get full grown and he still is hte size of a kitten?
