Keeping fingers crossed here.......and sending Glow that nothing is seriously wrong with your baby.



Yes, cats can get bugs, so perhaps this is something that has already passed.



As far as the steroids......most cats do very well even if they are needed for a lifetime. I have an asthmatic cat that has been on steroids for 7 years with no problems. I have labwork done on her on a regular basis, and the only thing that showed up once was a small amount of glucose in her urine. She wasn't diabetic, and everything has been normal since.



Please update us when you can.
