Hi There,

Aloe Vera is toxic to cats so that idea is out.

It might be a good idea to get another opinion, or at least start from scratch, trying one thing at a time. I would seriously explore different diets, not just one. If your cat eats dry food, I would try canned only, as good a quality as you can afford, but I would avoid fish of all kinds. There are several kinds of hypoallergenic diets that can be tried. I don't advise any Hills products because they are full of additives that an allergic cat may react to, even their "special" diets.

I do not recommend flea baths at all. There are so many flea products that you can get from your vet that work well and are safe. You cannot rule out fleas entirely if all your cat had was a flea bath. Even one flea can set up a severe reaction in a sensitive cat.

Just try one thing at a time and give it time to work. That way you will know if a particular thing worked or not.

Regards,

PHKitkat
