Hi There,

Sabrina should really be examined by a vet. She isn't eating well and that is more of a red flag than the blood in her stool, although they may be related.

Blood in the stool by itself may or may not be something to be concerned about. Sometimes a cat can bleed just a little bit from straining to go or passing a hard stool. If there is a large amount of blood, that can be another thing entirely.

If Sabrina were my kitty I would take her in for an exam, blood panel, and also bring a stool sample. This would be so that you can find out if she has intestinal parasites. Your vet may also want to take x-rays.

Please make an appointment and take your baby in ASAP and let us know how it goes.

Regards,
PHKitkat
