This afternoon, the cat was laying beside my husband. My husband said that when the cat got up, there was water-like stuff on the spot where the cat was laying.



Later, the cat was laying in his favorite chair and when he got up, there was some water-like stuff around where his head had been laying.



We checked the water bowl (we had given him new water about 3 hours before this) and he had drank about half of it.



Just now, he was back in his fav. chair. & he made this weird sound. I went over there and there was water-like stuff on the chair right below his mouth, some in another spot on the chair and some on the fur around his mouth.



This is not vomit. It is clear, has no smell and looks/feels like water.



He has acted like he felt okay all day...playing like always...eating...The only difference is this and that he drank more water today than normal.



Any ideas what on earth this could be???? TIA.
