You sound like a wonderful pet parent! Even though you are worried you gave all the necessary information, even taking your cat's temperature!
Something could be wrong but it is hard to say for sure without a vet check. Hopefully your baby isn't really anemic, but if he is you would want to know. A low temperature might just mean that the cat has been in a cool place, or it could be significant. If this were one of my babies I would make a vet appointment.
Usually cats that are ravenous have thyroid problems or diabetes, but this would be rare in such a young kitty. It COULD be that the food you are giving your kitten isn't nutritious enough and that is keeping him hungry. Have you made any change in his diet lately? Another possibility could be parasites, so if you go to the vet try and take a stool sample with you.
