Hi There,

My impression from your post is that this cat has not yet been to the vet. If this is true he needs to see a vet ASAP. Frostbite is very, very serious and can lead to severe infection. The cat needs to be on antibiotics and possibly needs minor surgery to remove dead tissue.

You did a wonderful thing taking this guy in but he needs more than you alone can provide.

He might have a cold but that isn't his primary problem. If he has one it can be treated along with everything else.

Please make an appointment and let us know how it goes.
