It is a bit smaller than a dime, very firm, and around it are smaller bumps (that look like goosebumps do). When I was examining it he didn't put up a fuss even when I pressed on it gently, so whatever it is isn't hurting him right now. However, when I pressed it it began to smell like rotten cheese.
