It is most likely going to be a flea allergy. Contact your vet about it so they can rule out the less likely causes of hair loss, and put your cat on an effective flea preventative. For a cat with an allergy to flea bites, it only takes one flea to cause a pretty serious reaction for you will have to stay on top of keeping them flea free.
