Oh, I don't blame you one bit for being mad. This is very disturbing! I would definitely write a letter to the newpaper and hopefully make people aware of the situation at that clinic.

Neither you nor your kitty was treated with dignity and respect. I would never take my cats there again if I were you. There are many reputable vet clinics around.
