You should get her to a vet ASAP. They would do best at telling age and if there is anything wrong with her. (Some vets can even get foster care if you're not up to around the clock care)
If she's not going to the bathroom on her own yet, make sure to help her. Gently rub her backside with a wet peice of cotton or toilette tissue untill she goes. And keep makeing her till she can't go any more.
Also make sure to keep her warm. One of the best ideas given to me when I found my boy was filling an old sock with dry rice and heating it in the microwave for about a minute. Make sure it doesn't get too hot, though! And if you have an old cat sized stuffed animal you can gut it and put the sock inside for something for her to snuggle with.
