Me, again.

Zephy has quite a taste for my older cat's kibble, a royal canin formula, so I decided to change his kibble to royal canin also. The thing is that the bag says 4 months and up, and he is only 3 months. Being that this isn't the only food he eats do you think it would be a problem giving him some now? (He also eats about 2 cans a day).
I'm assuming that his occasional eating of a few main coon formula kibbles isn't a problem? I take it up when I hear him crunching, but I haven't been completely stopping him as I figured it couldn't be that bad for him. He doesn't usually get more than two before I put it out of his reach. Plus a kitten eating a giant kibble is sort of great entertainment. (crunchcrunchcrunchcrunchcrunchcrunch)
