Our litter of two females has done very well until now, and been the same size. Now, at 8 weeks, one is not gaining weight and lacks energy. The other has greatly outstripped her in size. She feel frail.

They have kitten chow on demand, of which both have eaten some. They still nurse some. Milk replacer caused diarrhea, so I stopped it after a couple of days. A week ago I started them on rice cereal and canned milk--which we used before milk replacers--and there are no digestive problems. But the little one has to be force fed.

I don't think they have parasites, as none of our cats have been positive for them and no cats have been introduced into the house for years.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
