Oh Goodness. The first thing you need to do is take everything out of the bathroom one item at a time, checking it completely. Trash cans, toilet brush holders, towels, throw rugs, every thing that can be removed, remove it. If you still see no kitten then you need to get down on the floor and look for the smallest of openings like under the sink or any cabinets that the kit could squeeze through. If her head can fit through then she can fit through. Then try putting some really smelly food like tuna or salmon in the middle of the now empty bathroom and wait to see if she/he comes out. If not, you may have to call someone to dismantle whatever she is in or under.
