Hi, wow that is tiny. Your right, saying that one that small is not likely to survive. Yes, the kitten needs to be kept quite warm, a heating pad under a box works fairly well, and away from drafts. They need to be fed every couple of hours around the clock. I've never had to deal with this situation myself, but I have forwarded your post to someone who cares for infant bottle kits regularly, and I'm sure you will hear from her soon..keep watch here for replies...good luck
