Kitty is Not Pooping Well

She seems to be straining while I watch her in the catbox. Sometimes, she poos just one fairly hard turd. Today, she's trying, but not going. She seems to be eating better today (I'm giving her Goat's Milk, which she does lap up from a bottle), but I need to help her poop! What can I do to help this process along?
