makes ya wonder how folks effur got along without it...but then they didnt have puters and they did have a lot more children, meeheehee

They probably also went to bed earlier. Imagine getting more than 6 hours a night!
That sun up to sun down of the days of old doesn't fly when you work 12 hours a day, but they also were much more physical/manual in their labor and physically more exhausted. Plus, they could eat the meat and potatos as they worked it off during the days...
